Booking Payments
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking
- Balance payment must be made 15 days prior to departure date
- For last minute bookings (within 15 days of departure), full payment is required
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 30+ days prior: 90% refund
- Cancellations made 15-30 days prior: 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 15 days: No refund
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
