Booking Payments
  • A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking
  • Balance payment must be made 15 days prior to departure date
  • For last minute bookings (within 15 days of departure), full payment is required
Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellations made 30+ days prior: 90% refund
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days prior: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made within 15 days: No refund
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
